The "Uolis Nah" studio apartments located on the road to Coba in Tulum have come under new management and a new name, XTC Kite Hotel. Thanks to the energy of Extreme Control ‘s Kiteboarding and Diving School's owner, Marco and Heather, the charming hotel is getting a lively new clientele.
Marco and Heather opened the Kiteboarding School last year on the beach of Tulum. It was such a success and there were so many clients looking for a cool place to stay that it was decided that Extreme Control needed a place of its own. The goal was to create a comfortable atmosphere for people looking for fun, excitement and like-minded people on their vacation. Well, if you want to have an economical kiteboarding holiday this is the place to come. The great thing about XTC Kite Hotel is they are equipped with full kitchens, close to all the amenities but not too close to town, and set in a beautiful tropical jungle setting with an outdoor grilling area. It is a perfect place if you want to have an extended stay to learn kiteboarding or explore Tulum and the surrounding areas. Also, in the summer months units are available to rent by the month.
