Rates
Rates are per week (Sat to Sat) including tax and vary depending on the season.
- May 3 - June 28, 2008: $3,800 per week.
- June 28 - Sept 5: $4,200 per week
- Sept 6 - Oct 31, 2008: $3,800 per week
- Nov 1 - Dec 12, 2008: $4,700 per week
- Dec 13, 2008 - May 1, 2009: $4,900 per week (except New Years and Christmas weeks)
Please inquire for last minute specials, as well as availability of nightly rental (3-night minimum) at $700-850 per night, or any other special requests. Additional surcharge may apply for groups larger than six and special events.
50% to reserve and 50% due 60 days in advance. We also ask for a credit card no. to reserve and to hold as a "deposit". Payment may be made by bank or other transfer or Amex (Amex subject to a 5% surcharge)
