Six can comfortably entertain three people while two, the Suites, can entertain up to five people. Delightfully furnish in typical local style with natural airing and mosquito net on every window.

Prived bathroom, shower and sink in Mexican style with warm and cold water ; for the details natural local materials have been used like river stones for the sinks and shower. Each porch has a hammock to relax and enjoy the peaceful environment.

In keeping with the harmony of the environment and promoting solar energy, we use low consumption lamps and have not installed power outlets ; equipment like telephone, camera and others can be recharged (Ask to the Reception)

The beach is one of the main attractions of Tulum.

Caribbean sea.Posada Margherita is located on a pristine stretch of white sand beach. We offer a private beach, with comfortable chaise lounges, umbrellas, towels and hammocks, right on the turquiose colored Enjoy the luring sound of the waves while laying on a swinging bed. Fresh fruit is served on the beach each morning.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office. If a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed by Posada Margherita as soon as possible in the form of bank's wire ( without bank's fee )

Cancellation before 30 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 10% of the payment.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of payment.
Cancellation for any holiday reservation (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, July , August and Thanksgiving weeks) will result in the forfeit of 100% of payment.

CHANGE FEE

There will be a $50.00 Usd change fee for any changes made on a reservation after the deposit has been made. There will be no change fee assessed for extending a reservation.
