I wanted to thank Marco for arranging my 6 hours of lessons with Daniel as my instructor. He is a fantastic instructor and was very encouraging when I got frustrated. I had a great time and since returning home have taken delivery of my trainer kite as well I ordered a 14 meter. I hope to return to Mexico for some more lessons later in the year. Marco, We had a terrific time with you in Tulum. My son cant stop talking about his first jump. It was hard to see him get better than me before my eyes. I have been kiting for several years, he only took a couple of lessons from you and he was already jumping. He cant stop showing all his friends the photo that you took of him in the air. We are strongly recommending you and the entire Extreme Control crew in Tulum. We have gone in lots of kite vacations but this was the best: Good friends, great service, excellent wind, warm water, no hazards, large beach, alternative activities (cenote diving, maya ruins, ect) and location! My wife was super stoked at being able to sit in the shade under the palapa sipping on coco locos while watching my son and I kite. You know what they say Happy wife happy life. I had a great time down there with Marco and Heather. The accomodations were nice and close to town for lots of restuarants and was a quick trip to the kite beach. Marco is one of the funniest people I've had a chance to hang out with and went out of his way to make sure all of us staying at his place had fun and found wind. I will be back for sure. Thanks to Heather and Marco for a great vacation! Loved having a kitchen and having the grocery store, bank and internet place across the street. Very close to town; nice to walk there. Loved the bikes; we didn't get in our car for three days. Kitesurfing lessons were super (thanks to Tommy and Jason!).

Great place for kiteboarding, just a too much onshore. Marco rented me very good stuff indeed (Best Kite) and I had a great and unexpected ride after the ruins visit, and after a great dish of camarones (I suggest all of these)

Tulum is a great location (but not a nightclub hotspot) if you want idyllic beaches, a beautiful location near significant Mayan ruins, this is the place to come and XTC is definitely the place to go. Marco and Jerry are good instructors, speak at least three languages and are fun to learn from. I'll go back. Make sure Marco tells you how to get to La Zebra for the best Mojitos you'll ever drink!
